What Happened To This Week?? An End To A 52 Project – Good Bye 2011

Wasn’t it just Tuesday? How’d it get to be Friday already???

Hum; I think I blinked or something.

This week just got by me  in a hurry and for the first time all year I don’t have a 52 project photo. I guess that makes it a 51 project now.

I hope you all enjoyed the little peek into my week each Friday it was a fun challenge to take on. Sometimes it was very hard to come up with just one photo to tell the story of a whole week. Over the next week or so I’ll be creating a new blog plan for 2012 and I’ll be starting on my new 52 project. It’s going to be a tough one and I don’t know if I can do it but I’ll give it my best shot and I’m not going to tell you about it today; you’ll just have to stay tuned to find out what it’s going to be!

I may not be around much over the New Year’s weekend or the first few days of 2012 so I’ll take a moment now to say HAPPY NEW YEAR! Thank you all, old friends and new, for visiting my blog this year and I hope you come back for more we’ve had some fun these past 12 months.

52 Project 2011 ~ Week 51

We had a snow storm this week but before it hit L and I spent a little time hiking along the river again. We both took almost the exact same photo of this old building! I’m not sure what the building was used for but because of its location I’d guess that at sometime it may have been an old mill.

I had some fun with this shot and followed my Mock HDR With Photoshop Elements 5.0 And Digital Photo Professional post from November to liven it up a bit.

52 Project 2011 ~ Week 50

Time is running out on 2011; just two more weeks! L got home yesterday, K will be home this weekend, and then it will be Christmas time! We’ve got a list of goodies to make over the next few days but L got an early start with a batch of cookies almost as soon as she walked in the door!

They smell sooo good; I knew that a quick shot of them had to be my  52 picture for this week.

52 Project 2011 ~ Week 49

Wow did that say week 49??? Holy Cow where’d did 2011 go? I can’t believe there’s only 3 weeks left. Hum; what will the last 3 photos look like for my 52 project….?

This week I took a long exposure shot of our Christmas tree all lit up because most of this week was about wrapping and finishing up with some decorating and that last little bit of shopping for fun stocking stuffers and the company Christmas party and… well; you get the idea.
