Salsa Chicken

Tacos are one of my favorite foods I think; and this simple Salsa Chicken is one of my favorite taco fillings.

All you need to do is season boneless chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder and brown it on both sides. Once it’s all nice and brown pour 7 to 10 ounces of salsa over the chicken and reduce the heat. Let it simmer away until the chicken is fully cooked; around 15 to 20 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is. Then shred the cooked chicken and toss it back in the pan with the salsa and mix it all up.

That’s it. Now fill up your taco shells or tortillas! It’s also great on a taco salad; YUMMY.
