Zippy Pimento Cheese

Looking for a tasty snack this weekend? How about Pimento Cheese on crispy crackers?

This stuff is also great on a burger, sandwiches, or even spread into celery sticks. YUMMY!

Zippy Pimento Cheese

8 oz cream cheese

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 very small clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion

½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ tablespoon lime juice

8 oz finely shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

8 oz finely shredded pepper jack cheese

4 oz chopped pimentos, drained

Place the cream cheese, garlic, and onion in a large bowl and mix on high until smooth.

Add the mayo, W sauce, and lime juice and mix again.

Add the shredded cheeses a little at a time and mix on high speed until smooth.

Add the pimentos and mix one last time.

Spoon into an air tight container and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.Pin It

**Shred the cheeses yourself using the smallest side of your box grater. The packaged shredded cheeses are just too big of a shred to work well for this.
