Ok; I don’t know where my head was last week. I never posted a shot for the number 9!
I knew what it was going to be… I just didn’t get it done.
So here we are a week late with this one….
9 pieces of red glass that sit on and around my kitchen window sill. There used to be 10 but one jumped off and sadly didn’t survive the drop into the sink. 😦
I’ve collected these from second-hand shops; well all but the one that’s been sitting there for years. My newest one is the little red bird; I think it’s an old Avon bottle.
They look very pretty when the sun shines through!
Hopefully I’ll get a number 10 shot done before the weekend is over and then we’ll be all caught up again.
I was trying to think of what I could do for the letter L this week and the word light came to mind so I lit up one of my beaded lanterns from the patio and came up with this image.
L is for lantern, light, lit, and lamp.
These lanterns were a recent thrift store find; you gotta love a trip to the thrift store!
